Cleaning water drains

It happens that the water drains become blocked. This can result in the water entering the passenger compartment and forming a pile behind the driver's seat. It can be noticeable in advance by sloshing noises.
This can be checked by pouring water into the gap between the bodywork and the folding top stowage compartment lid.

If the drains are free, the water in the wheel housing drains off in front of the rear wheels.
In order to remove the dirt from the drain, the screw (10 mm nut) must be loosened from the inner fender.

Finally fasten the inner fender again and proceed in the same way on the other side. If all this is done at regular intervals, the water should not be able to accumulate and enter the interior.
